3. Service Description

DocCare provides an AI-powered assistant for drafting medical notes that enables healthcare professionals to:

  • Record audio from patient visits.
  • Generate automated transcriptions of recorded audio.
  • Create structured medical notes from transcriptions, in a layout defined by the User, using artificial intelligence.
  • Edit and export notes for transfer into the medical records kept by the User or the healthcare provider they work for.

The Service uses advanced speech recognition and natural language processing technologies. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and must always be reviewed and verified by the responsible healthcare professional before use in clinical practice.

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DocCare is only a tool that assists in drafting medical notes, and it does not keep medical records. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical decision support system.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All AI-generated transcriptions and notes are draft documents that require review, editing, and approval by a qualified healthcare professional.

The User retains full clinical responsibility for the notes generated in the Service and for the content they transfer into the patient's medical record. The medical record is kept by the User, or by the healthcare provider they work for, in their own system. You must review all generated content for accuracy, completeness, and clinical correctness before incorporating it into patient records or making any clinical decisions.

DocCare shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

5. Payment and Billing

The Service operates on a subscription basis. Pricing details and available plans are displayed on our website and during the registration process.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

If a trial period is offered, it will be clearly indicated during registration. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
